Malawi Fruits staff team is small – just three staff based in Malawi – but not for long! We are now advertising for a further 8 staff as we take this work on to a whole new level.
Today and tomorrow are staff training days as we prepare for this significant change which will enable us to help so many more people. On Wednesday we are interviewing for the particularly significant post of Finance Manager and this new employee will be part of a Senior Management Team with Atusaye and Loureen (on the left of the picture).
These are exciting times as we plan for growth and always with our focus on the young farmers in Malawi who are the people we seek to serve. A well-led team of committed staff can make such a difference and we look forward to seeing what they can achieve in the years to come.
